RULE #1
1.The ambient temperature during bonding and 48 hours after bonding, should not be lower than +5*C and higher than +25*C. Do not carry out the installation work of long façade tiles outside in the rain.
2.The substrate should have adequate bearing capacity. For polystyrene insulation, use 2x 160gr. facade mesh with fiberglass adhesive / peg the polystyrene 6-8 pcs /m2.
3.The surface of the facade before gluing can be primed, for example, with quartz primer Mapei Eco Prim Grip and preferably in accordance with the manufacturer’s type of adhesive to pull the mesh on the styrofoam. The primer should be compatible with the range of products used on the facade.
4. use flexible adhesives dedicated to outdoor concrete products, such as Mapei Adsilex P9 gray or adhesives with similar properties.

8.Adjust the thickness of the adhesive layer according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Usually it is from 2-5mm.

11.If you have decided on the so-called jointless laying, the installed facade should be impregnated with a water-repellent matte-colorless product, for example, from Protects Guard. If laid with grout, use semi-dry grout, and clean the surface of the tiles with a hard brush or sponge and wait for it to dry before impregnating.
12 It is allowed to periodically wash the facade cladding of facade tile long with a soft brush or pressure device.
